Dr. Amussah completed her medical training in the U.K. She gained an Intercalated BSc in Physiology prior to completing her MBBS from UCL Medical School. She then went on to complete her specialty training as a family physician whilst gaining a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (U.K.). She has since also held roles as a GP Tutor for Kings College Medical School (U.K.) and also became accredited by Health Education England as a GP Trainer helping to train other family physicans.
