Walk-in Clinic

We are pleased to offer walk-in services Monday to Saturday; the walk-in closes once capacity is reached. Please note that only one concern may be addressed during each walk-in visit.

Join our walk-in waitlist here to avoid waiting room cluster. When your check in request has been accepted, please make your way to the clinic. We will call you when the room is available.

We recommend that walk-in patients wear masks to support safe, effective care; masks are available at the front desk if needed.

Flu Shots Now Available

Flu shots are now available by appointment on a first-come, first serve basis due to limited supply. Family patients will be scheduled on a designated vaccine clinic day or placed on a waitlist until additional doses and vaccine clinic dates become available. Patients of Dr. Lopez, Dr. Naiyeju, Dr. Szajkowski, and Dr. Venditti are welcome to call the clinic at 204-410-5200 to inquire. You may also receive your vaccination as a walk-in patient during regular business hours.

Flu shots are administered by a doctor and offered at no charge with the presentation of your valid Manitoba Health card.

Women’s Health Lounge

Located in Medigroup Health Centre, the Women’s Health Lounge is a safe, supportive space dedicated to women’s health and wellness. Whether you’re navigating menopause, managing hormonal changes, planning a family, or simply looking for someone who understands, you’re in the right place. We offer primary care services to all Manitoban women in parallel to the care you receive from your family doctor. We collaborate with your family doctor and keep them informed of the care you receive at the Women’s Health Lounge. Learn more and book and appointment here.

Endocrinology Appointments

Endocrinologists consult on care of patients with metabolic disorders including diabetes, blood pressure, blood lipids, thyroid, parathyroid, bone, pituitary, and adrenal disorders.

Please note that an appointment with an Endocrinologist at our clinic may only be booked once another physician involved in the patient’s care refers the patient for a consultation. Referral letters and relevant test results can be faxed to 204-410-5166. We understand that some patients in need of care do not currently have a physician. These patients can call the clinic at 204-410-5200 to book a visit with a walk-in physician for an assessment and test referrals.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) Evaluation and Care

Dr. Kayler practices FAME (Faster Access to Musculoskeletal (MSK) Evaluation and Care) at Medigroup Health Centre and Misericordia Health Centre and is currently accepting patients for all bone and joint conditions; ambulatory fracture follow-ups; local procedures (carpal tunnel, trigger finger releases, etc.); assessments, MSK investigations, and cortisone and gel injections; patient education and referrals to allied health practitioners; referrals to sub-specialty MSK for surgical consultations; and referrals to vascular, rehab, plastics, oncology, rheumatology, infectious disease, and diagnostic imaging specialists.

Medigroup Cardio+

Medigroup Cardio+ is a cardiometabolic clinic located within the Medigroup Health Centre offering proactive cardiac optimization and care for you and your family. Services include Electrocardiogram (EKG), Ankle-Brachial Index Test (ABI), 24-hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM), Screening Cardiac Ultrasounds (bedside Echocardiogram), Graded Exercise Test (Stress Test), Spirometry test, and Holter testing (24-hour, 48-hour, and 7-day). Onsite Dietitian

Medigroup Health Centre features an onsite dietitian, Jillian Paulmark, to assist patients with weight and diabetes management. Jillian is a Certified Diabetes Educator and a Certified Bariatric Educator. She conducts individual patient consultations and also provides group seminars on weight management called Craving Change.
